Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped within two (2) business days of payment confirmation.

All shipments include standard insurance coverage up to $100. If additional insurance is required, it is the buyer’s responsibility to request and pay for it before shipment. We are not responsible for loss or damage beyond the standard insured amount if extra coverage was not requested.

Customs clearance, duties, brokerage fees, and any related delays are outside of our control. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist if issues arise, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers.
